1.1 Where do I find size and fit information?

Our sizing guides can be found here.

These provide international size conversions and guide to measurements (cm) of our sizes.

Advice on how to measure yourself is also provided.

1.2 What payment options do you offer?

Our payment service provider is Paypal. The following payment options are available at checkout:

  • Paypal
  • Visa
  • Mastercard
  • American Express

A Paypal account is not required to complete your transaction at the checkout. Once directed to the Paypal page simply click on the 'Guest checkout' button and follow the instructions to complete.

All payments must be completed prior to shipping. We do not offer a credit account service.

1.3 What tax charges apply?

All prices quoted on this website are in GBP and inclusive of VAT at the current rate of 20%. For orders placed outside of the EU prices are exempt of VAT.

Customs and import taxes may be applicable once your package reaches it's destination. Please refer to the 'Delivery' section of our F.A.Q.s for more information.

1.4 How do I know my order has been processed?

When an order and payment has been successfully completed through the website you will receive a confirmation email titled 'Laumprel - Thank you for your order'. This email will contain an attached receipt and confirmation of your order reference I.D. and payment.

If you have created a personal customer account with Laumprel you can sign in at any time to review past and current orders.

1.5 Where do I find my order number?

Your order number will start with the prefix ORD. You can find your order number in a few different places:

  • Once you have completed your purchase you will be redirected to the Laumprel 'Thank you for your purchase page'. Here you will find your order number identified under the 'Order information' heading.
  • When your order and payment has been successfully completed through the website you will receive a confirmation email titled 'Laumprel - Thank you for your order'. This email will contain an attached receipt and confirmation of your order number.
  • If you have created a personal customer account with Laumprel you can sign in at any time to review past and current orders.

 

2 Delivery
2.1 What delivery options do you offer?

Complimentary free delivery is offered on all UK orders. This is via Royal Mail Signed for 1st class service.

We will always process orders and shipping as quickly as we can and keep you updated on the progress along the way.

All our deliveries can be tracked.

Should you require and order by a certain date please contact us and we will endeavour to assist.

2.2 How do I know if my order has been shipped?

We will notify you when your order has been despatched for shipping. You will receive an email titled 'Laumprel - Your order is on it's way'. This will confirm the following:

  • Order has been despatched to delivery service
  • Associated trace and track code
  • Link to delivery service tracking webpage
2.3 Will my parcel be charged customs and import charges?

In most cases, any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country.

You may be charged for handling fees and taxes as your order passes through customs. Any charges on a parcel must be paid by the person receiving the parcel (this also applies to retail & wholesale customers).

Laumprel has no control over these charges and we cannot confirm what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.

It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are prepared for any charges associated with your delivery.

You can log in to your Laumprel personal customer account at anytime to track the progress on current orders.
